Ok yea well i'm getting a job soon and i would like to buy my own laptop... and Suggestions? need to be good at Multi tasking and soo on... and ooo yea good portable Harddrive?

Umm tbh my opinion would be to not buy a laptop as a laptop that has equal specs as a PC will be about £200 dearer at least and because it's a laptop even with equal specs it wont actually work as well as the desktop would. Just my opinion...

Ahhh fair enough it's just i need it portable because my Ps3 is upstairs and so on... and then when i get that sorted Save up for a HD PVR XD then enter something to LSG top 5 xD

Desktop > Laptop. Your TV probably has a VGA/DVI input? If it does, but a desktop and use it though your TV. Sure, you can't play at the same time but screw that... you could still record easily.
